Compliant with the Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP) specification, the RJ45 hot-pluggable transceiver operates at +3.3V and is specifically designed for high-speed Gigabit Ethernet data links at 1.25 Gbps. Compliant with the Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP) specification, the Fast Ethernet hot-pluggable copper transceiver operates at +3.3V. Its features include:

dataMate™ developed the Copper SFP to HSSDC2 transceiver to be compliant with the Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP)specification. The HSSDC2 module is a high-performance integrated duplex data link for bidirectional communication over copper cable. The module supports Fibre Channel to 2.125 Gbps, Gigabit Ethernet to 2.5 Gbps and Infiniband to 2.5 Gbps and its hot-pluggable feature allows insertion or removal of the transceiver without any interruption to the network.
