The Methode Shanghai manufacturing campus is 100,000 sq. ft. Capabilities include: plastic injection molding, stamping, metal fabricating, machining, assembly, testing with research and development, product and tool design, tool building, rapid prototyping and laboratory services.

Methode Shanghai operates under ISO/TS16949:2002 and ISO9001:2000

The Methode Rolling Meadows manufacturing campus is 70,000 sq. ft Capabilities include: plastic injection molding, stamping, powder coating, metal fabricating, machining, assembly, testing with research and development, product and tool design, tool building, rapid prototyping and laboratory services.

Methode Rolling Meadows operates under ISO9001:2000, NADCAP and various UL registrations.

The Methode Monterrey, Mexico, manufacturing campus is 75,000 sq. ft. Capabilities include: plastic injection molding, insert molding, PCB assembly, ultra-sonic welding, assembly, testing with support in research and development, product and tool design, tool building, rapid prototyping and laboratory services.

Methode Monterrey operates under ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001, CTPAT and is a Sony Green Partner and 2006 Shingo prize winner.

The Methode Malta manufacturing campus is 300,000 sq. ft. Capabilities include: plastic injection molding, insert molding, PCB assembly, stamping, plating, ultra-sonic welding, paint and laser etching, assembly and testing with research and development, product and tool design, tool building, rapid prototyping and laboratory services.

Methode Malta operates under ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001.
