A unique, RoHS-compliant hardware system, NutLokTM secures a rotating nut to a FusionLug® assembly or bus bar. Made of tin-plated brass, the fastener is free to tighten a connector onto the mating surface and, with the utilization of a Belleville washer, ensures that an excellent electrical path will be maintained. Available in a wide range of both U.S. and metric thread sizes, the NutLok eliminates the need for additional hardware that can come loose or fall into the system. - Copper alloy with bright tin-plated finish

The Power SwivelNut® is a captive hardware system utilized to terminate a stranded wire cable with a rotating threaded nut. Consisting of two parts, the crimp barrel provides a gas-tight connection to the power cable while the rotating thread nut is mechanically attached and mated to the threaded stud. When the assembly is fully torqued down, the mating stud is pressed against the crimp barrel base to prevent the Power SwivelNut from loosening, and tightly securing the electrical connection. Used to connect power cable to threaded studs on power-supply outputs, bus bars, circuit breakers and other high-current connections, the Power SwivelNut increases connection density. - 12 AWG to 4/0 AWG
- Termination rating equals cable current rating
- Lower voltage drop than conventional lugs
- Resists counter-torque loosening
- More terminations possible per unit area than conventional lugs
- Swivel version allows nut rotation, which fastens securely when the nut is seated
