Issue tracking and weekly reporting ensure our management teams are informed on, and concur with, all decision-making processes, ensuring every final product is up to both Methode's standards and our customers'.
Our Program Management Principles
Methode ensures all of our teams are working toward the same goal by implementing common systems and documentation. We have established a three-gate system for new product development and a five-gate system for program launch, maintaining common objectives, inputs, exit criteria and reviewing authority for all other gates.
Our management is committed to seamless process, flawless execution and continued growth, which is why we have implemented useful reporting tools such as project scorecards, weekly management project reviews and standardized open-issue tracking. Each one of these tools is accessible to, and utilized by, the management teams throughout our divisions across the globe.
