Optical Position Sensor

Using phase-shifted signals and the capacitive electrode as a reflector, the position of two moving parts carrying reflectors can be sensed and translated into a linear position. Since the measurement is relative, the technology limitation of capacitors will be minimized if not mitigated.

Clutch Position Sensor

Our Clutch Position Sensor is a passive sensor that does require a magnet affixed to the shaft, and can sense magnetic fields of <2 Gauss. The technology detects linear displacement of the clutch actuation piston.
